White Bear Lake High School utilizes Barrisol Trempo® Stretched Ceiling to Create Custom Ceiling Elements
We collaborated with Wold Architects & Engineers (St. Paul) and Kraus-Anderson Construction (Minneapolis) to bring this vision to life.
Wold Architects felt the need to feature elements in the newly remodeled and expanded cafeteria area of WBLHS. Since sailing has been popular on White Bear Lake for over a century, Wold decided to go with a sail theme for the elements. We felt Barrisol Trempo® would be an excellent solution due to its ability to be customized into any shape or design.
The Trempo® ceiling added depth and visual interest to the ceiling, making it a focal point within the space. We were delighted to help Wold create these one-of-a kind decorative elements, after all we are a "sails" organization!
We also installed Barrisol Blanc Venus membrane under several skylights in the second floor media center. The "lenses" help to defuse the natural daylight from the skylights above.
