Women in Construction Spotlight

Women in Construction Spotlight

It is National Women in Construction Week, and I wanted to take this time to talk about someone who has had an incredible impact on our company. Heather Smith started in drafting for us in February of 2007. Heather is now the head of Engineering for W.L. Hall Company

There is not a single significant project that she has not had some impact or influence on over the last 15 years. Heather has made drafting the strongest division in the W.L. Hall Company, and she has distinguished herself as someone everyone comes to for advice, feedback, opinion, etc.

Heather deserves much of the credit for our success and growth over the last decade; we simply couldn’t have done it without her.

Thank you Heather!!
