This innovative mixed-use destination offers diverse experiences, including 350,000 square feet of innovative office spaces, 350 luxurious market-rate residences, and 100 short-term rental accommodations. Moreover, it features 17,000 square feet of enticing food and beverage options and a sprawling one-acre public green space.

We are pleased to be engaged in a remarkable collaboration with our esteemed partners, ESG Architects and Design (Minneapolis) and Kraus-Anderson Construction (Minneapolis). Together, we worked on this extraordinary North Loop Green project to bring our collective expertise and vision to fruition.

We incorporated the Erie Architectural Products Unitized Curtain wall for the office building, while the residential building utilized the Oldcastle Building Envelope 3375 and SGHT window wall systems.

Both buildings feature Viracon Glass & Linel Panels, enhancing their aesthetic & functionality.
